As an interim HR Consultant, operating through WolfConsult, Sangita Jansen supports organisations during periods of change, growth or restructuring. She brings structure, clarity and well-defined HR processes to organisations in motion.

Since 2015, Sangita has been active in strategic HR roles within complex and evolving organisations. She supports organisations in organisational development, restructuring, HR professionalisation and positioning HR as a strategic business partner. She has extensive experience in international and dynamic environments, including Accenture (Sentia Netherlands), Schindler Elevators and various organisations within government, professional services and the technical sector.

What these organisations have in common is their scale, dynamism and capacity for change. In such environments, clear HR structures, well-designed processes and a strong connection between management and employees are essential

Background & Education

Sangita obtained her Bachelor of Communication (International) from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and later specialised in Strategic HRM, Change & Leadership at Utrecht Business School (certificate obtained). She is currently participating in the Women in Leadership – International Talent Program.

Her background in communication, combined with strategic HR expertise, enables her to connect people, build support and translate change into clear and executable steps.

Mediation & Confidential Matters

In addition to interim HR work, Sangita conducts mediation processes and supports sensitive workplace situations.

She creates a safe environment where open dialogue and clear agreements are possible. Drawing on her experience in organisational change, harmonisation processes and stakeholder collaboration, she guides complex situations with care and professionalism. In collaboration with EffiWorks, mediation is applied either as part of broader organisational and transformation initiatives or as a standalone engagement when appropriate.
