Organisations experience phases in which temporary reinforcement is required, for example during major change, long-term absence or capacity challenges.

Since 2015, I have been active as an interim HR Consultant, supporting organisations in restructuring, growth and complex people-related matters.

I have worked with large organisations including Jumbo, Unilever, KPN, Unit4, Stork, Dura Vermeer, HelloFresh and RVO.

My experience spans government, construction and infrastructure, technical services and industry, retail, food production, IT and software, and pharmaceuticals. This diversity enables me to quickly understand how an organisation is structured and identify where the real challenge lies. My work operates at the intersection of organisational design, change management and technological development. I support organisations in redesigning structures, roles and decision-making processes in a context where digitalisation and automation are becoming increasingly influential.

In addition, I guide management teams in strengthening agility and preparing their organisations for future developments, including the impact of AI and automation on work and leadership.

Background & Education

I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. I subsequently specialised in Change Management (postgraduate, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) and Artificial Intelligence for Business at Nyenrode Business University.

This combination forms the foundation of my approach: strategic thinking, understanding organisational structures and translating change into practical execution. My strength lies in analysing complex situations, bringing clarity and structure, and connecting people to a clear direction.

Mediation & Confidential Matters

In addition to interim HR work, I conduct mediation processes and support sensitive workplace situations together with my partner. These may involve collaboration conflicts, team tensions or situations where working relationships are under pressure. We create a safe and structured environment in which all parties are heard and the core of the issue becomes clear. From there, we work towards clear and workable agreements.
