EffiWorks – Where Effectiveness and Impact Converge

My name is Sandia Khoenkhoen, and EffiWorks B.V. was founded in January 2023.

The reason was straightforward. I observed that organisations often change more slowly than the world around them. Technology evolves rapidly, professional expectations shift and regulations continuously adapt. Yet many structures within large enterprises remain unchanged for years.

Work itself has changed as well. Where organisations were once primarily designed around task division and efficiency, today’s professionals expect clarity, ownership and meaningful involvement. They want to understand how they contribute and what their role represents within the broader whole. Purpose has become an essential element.

In my work, I saw that organisations often take steps forward, but rarely address the complete picture. A tool is implemented, a department is adjusted or a process is optimised. However, cohesion is missing.

EffiWorks was founded on the conviction that organisations can be designed with greater clarity and consistency. That structure, technology and people must align. That processes must be logical and coherent. And that automation should support professionals — not replace their value.

For me, it comes down to effectiveness. Doing what is necessary. Making clear choices. Being transparent and honest. Ensuring that an organisation is aligned — from strategy through to execution.
